Staka Sól comes from Reykjadals kennel, bred by Brynhildur Inga Einarsdóttir. Staka is born April 13th 1999 but her parents are Reykjadals- Snögg IS03130/94 (HD-FRI*, healthy eyes) and Sindra- Snćúlfur IS04663/97 (HD-FRI*).
Staka is the mother of our F-litter and G-litter.
Staka was
shown a couple of times, the last time June 26th 2005. The breed specialist
Hans-Ĺke Sperne from Sweden judged the Icelandic Sheepdog and he gave Staka the
following critique:
„well bodied bitch wich carries some over weight,
well formed eyes, sissors bite, well sett a bit narrow ears, strong neck, a bit
weak in the back; ex. shoulder-placement, good feet, could have a bit stronger
bone, moves balanced from the side, a bit wide in the front, could carry the
tail better“. Staka Sól for 1st (Excellent) and became nr. 4 in the
open class.
